     Christopher Francis Tickell was born on 1 March 1916 at Cawston, British Columbia.1,2 He was the son of Christopher Tickell and Ellen Jane Manery.1 He married Doreen Minton.2 He died on 14 February 1945 of tuberculosis at Tranquille Sanitorium, Tranquille, British Columbia, at age 28.1,2 He was buried on 16 February 1945 at Lakeview Cemetery, Penticton, British Columbia.1
