Ross Osborn Cooper was born on 3 August 1894 at British Columbia.3 He was the son of Thomas Cooper and Sarah Rolston.1 He married Delma Blanche Soucie on 19 April 1924 at Holy Rosary Church, Vancouver, British Columbia.1
He died on 10 October 1925 of coronary sclerosis and stenosis at New Westminster, British Columbia, at age 31.4
