Douglas Cooper was born on 15 April 1899 at Vernon, British Columbia.3,4 He was the son of Thomas Cooper and Sarah Rolston.1 He married Alice Wilmot Johnson on 9 August 1920 at Vancouver, British Columbia.1
He died on 17 September 1961 at New Westminster, British Columbia, at age 62.4
