The registration provides Jean with an initial, but it is illegible. There is a village of Scotland in Brant County, however, going by Jean's burial information, it appears that she was born in Scotland the country.

|Note||A very abbreviated Toronto death registration exists for Jean. It dates her death to July 4, 1918, and gives her age as 46. It shows her residence as 253 Markham Street.|
