Matthew Nisbet

     Matthew Nisbet was born on 20 February 1841.¹ He married Harriet Coleman, daughter of Daniel Coleman and Mary Abel, on 9 March 1869.¹ He died on 1 February 1902 at Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario, at age 60.¹ He was buried at Troy Cemetery, Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.¹ A death registration for Matthew Nisbet has not been found. His date of death is taken from a transcription of Troy Cemetery recorded by Harley Misener in 1969.¹
