     Frederick Moe was born in 1873 at Ontario.1 He was the son of Husted Moe and Christina Cook.1 He married Ethel N (--?--).1 Fred is still living with the family in Collingwood at age 19 in the 1891 census.

Fred G. Moe, birthplace Canada, shows up in the 1900 census at Worcester, Mass., as a telegraph operator. He is found in the 1920 census atBrooklyn, N.Y., as an operator of a steamboat. To this point he has lived in rooming houses as a lodger. In 1930 he is in New York and shown as a telegrapher. By this time he is married to Ethel N.

According to the obituary of Husted Moe, Fred's father, Fred was in Council Bluffs, Iowa, at the time of Husted's death in 1906. I haven't been able to find Fred in the 1910 census.1
