James Adam Flath places his birth in Drayton which is in Peel Township, whereas his birth registration, probably correct, places his birth in Arthur Village in Arthur Township. Both are in Wellington County, but not particularly close. It is evident from sibling birth registrations that the family was later in Drayton.
