     Esther Cummins was born about 1798.1,2 She has also been reported to have been born between 1801 and 1811 at Ireland.3,4,5,6 She married first Michael Byrne at Ireland.7 She and Michael Byrne immigrated to Ontario about 1847 (their daughter Mary was born in Ireland c. 1846 and Michael died in Ontario in August 1847). She married second Michael Jordan on 13 August 1848 at St Francis de Sales Church, Smiths Falls, Lanark County, Ontario.7,8 She died on 8 July 1898 at South Crosby Twp, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.1,9 She was buried at Philipsville Catholic Cemetery, Philipsville, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.10,11,9
