     James Byrne or Burns was born about 1842 at Ireland.1 He was the son of Michael Byrne and Esther Cummins.1 He immigrated to Ontario with his parents Esther Cummins and Michael Byrne about 1847 (their daughter Mary was born in Ireland c. 1846 and Michael died in Ontario in August 1847).
