     Martin M Dunn was born on 4 September 1865 at Ontario.1,3 He was the son of James Dunn and Elizabeth Dunn.2 He and Sarah Ann Dunn farmed just on the outskirts of Elgin, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario. They inherited 300 acres West of Indian Lake from their father.4,5 He was never married. He died in 1948 at Elgin, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario, after he was kicked by his horse. Jim Doyle was staying with them and going to fifth form. Jim was coming home from school when he saw the horse kick Martin in the chest.1,4 He was buried at St Columbanus Cemetery, Elgin, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.1
