      Justina Carty was born on 20 January 1896 at South Crosby Twp, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.1,2 She was the daughter of Henry Joseph Carty and Elizabeth Dunn.2 She was baptized on 5 March 1896 at St Philip Neri Church, Toledo, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.1 Justina was a graduate of the Ottawa Normal School.3 She was a teacher at the time of her marriage.4 She married Vincent Bulger on 12 August 1925 at Elgin, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.4 She died in 1975.3
