      James Leo Regan was born on 14 November 1905 at Chaffey's Lock, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.1,3,4 He was the son of John J Regan and Mary Ann Burns (Byrne).1 He married Ada Doreen Nixon.3 He died on 11 February 1958 presumably at South Crosby Twp, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario, at age 52.3 He was buried at St Columbanus Cemetery, Elgin, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.3
