Nettie Bell Coleman was born on 19 February 1867 in Troy, Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.1 She was the daughter of Andrew Coleman and Sarah Isabel Templeton.1 She married George Hunt Mitchell on 5 September 1889 in George Clark Residence, Troy, Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.2
She died on 1 May 1927 of abdominal carcinomatoris in St Catharines, Lincoln County, Ontario, at age 60.3 She was buried on 4 May 1927 in Victoria Lawn Cemetery, St Catharines, Lincoln County, Ontario.1
At the time of the 1911 census, George and Nettie are living St. Catharines at 43 Niagara Street. Names and ordering of children's births are from the 1901 and 1911 censuses.1
