      Andrew Johnson Jones was born on 17 December 1826 at Troy, Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.1 He was the son of James Jones and Hannah Goodale.1 He married Mary Delilah Mann in 1852.2 He lived on the south half of Lot 11 Con 3, Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.3 He died on 7 May 1893 at Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario, at age 66.4,3 He was buried at Troy Cemetery, Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.3
