     Jeanette C Kerr was born on 17 September 1919 at San Francisco, California.3 She was the daughter of (--?--) Kerr and Ada Belle Kreuger.2 As of 1937, Jeanette C Kerr was known as Jeanne Jones. It is not likely that she was formally adopted by her mother's second husband Leslie Melrose Jones, but she began using the Jones surname when the family moved to Toronto.2 She married John Mclean Alderson about 1942 at Vancouver, British Columbia.2 She died on 5 November 2004 at Sarasota, Florida, at age 85.3
