Esther A. Jones was born on 26 May 1841 at Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.1 She was the daughter of Peter Jones and Esther Decker.1 She married George A. Swayze on 28 June 1865 at Malahide Twp, Elgin County, Ontario.1 She died on 30 May 1922 at Dunboyne, Malahide Twp, Elgin County, Ontario, at age 81.1
