Sarah Catherine Jones was born on 4 September 1843 at Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.1 She was the daughter of Peter Jones and Esther Decker.1 She married David Bruce Wallace on 8 August 1868.1 She died on 11 May 1922 at age 78.1
