Robert Andrew Jones was born on 13 June 1849 at Beverly Twp, Wentworth County, Ontario.1 He was the son of Peter Jones and Esther Decker.1 He was born in 1859 according to his grave stone.1 He married Elizabeth Kitchen on 4 April 1883.1 He died on 1 November 1920 at Dunboyne, Malahide Twp, Elgin County, Ontario, at age 71.1 He was buried at Dunboyne Cemetery, Malahide Twp, Elgin County, Ontario.1
