     Ellen Jane Manery was known as Nell.2 She was born on 12 June 1890 at Okanagan Mission, British Columbia.1 She was the daughter of William James Manery and Ellen Mary McCurdy.1 She married Christopher Tickell on 11 May 1915 at the William Manery residence, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia.3 She died on 22 January 1978 at Penticton, British Columbia, at age 87.4
