Bartholomew Driggs was born on 9 May 1745 at Middletown, Middlesex County, Connecticut.1 He was the son of Daniel Driggs and Elizabeth Strickland.1 He married Elizabeth Spencer. He died on 6 January 1828 at Athens, Greene County, New York, at age 82.1
