     John Martin was born on 17 March 1662/63 at Middletown, Middlesex County, Connecticut.1 He was the son of Anthony Martin and Mary Hall.1 He married Elizabeth Howe, daughter of Nathaniel Howe and Elizabeth Curtis, on 15 March 1683/84.1 He died in 1709 at Middletown, Middlesex County, Connecticut.1
