     Iowa Alfred Hall was born on 13 September 1847 in Little Pigeon River, Iowa.1 He was the son of Joshua Challis Hall and Sally Ann Bybee. He married Mary Elizabeth Grow on 8 February 1870. He died on 9 April 1905 in Dry Fork, Uintah County, Utah, at age 57.1 He was buried in Dry Fork Cemetery, Vernal, Uintah County, Utah.
