     Caleb Hall was born on 19 September 1700 in Attleborough, Bristol County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Christopher Hall and Mary (--?--).1 He married Jane Daggett, daughter of John Daggett and Sarah Pease, on 9 November 1721 in Attleborough, Massachusetts.1 He died on 1 October 1791 in Peekskill, Westchester County, New York, at age 91.1 He was buried in St Peters Cemetery, Van Cortville, New York.1

Caleb donated land to the church: "November 1, 1734, Noah Carpenter Sr, and Caleb Hall of Attleboro, in consideration of love, good will and affection which we have and do bear towards the church and congregation of the said Attleboro called by the name of the Presbyterian, have given granted, conveyed, etc. unto them, their heirs and assigns forever, that is to be understood for the special use, benefit and privilege of that society forever, a certain tract of land containing about 45 rods, where the new meetinghouse now stands, bounded by the said Carpenter's and the said Hall's lands and by the county road, etc." New England Families Genealogical and Memorial: Third Series, Volume IV, Page 2137.1
