     1 Jennie Elizabeth Cooper was born on 14 January 1885 in Owen Sound, Grey County, Ontario.2,3 She was the daughter of Thomas Cooper and Sarah Rolston.4 She married Donald John McLean on 21 April 1905 in Kamloops, British Columbia.4 She died on 14 October 1967 of a myocardial infarction in Royal Columbian Hospital, New Westminster, British Columbia, at age 82.2 She was buried in Fraser Cemetery, New Westminster, British ColumbiaG.2

A story about the Thomas Cooper family appeared in Bunch Grass to Barbed Wire, a local history of the Kamloops, BC area, published in 1984.5
