Date of registration March 1st 1873 For some reason, there is a second birth registration, 013711-73, identical in terms of the information given and the name and handwriting of the recording clerk. The form itself, however, differs. The first one seems to be an example of the county form and the second an example of the township form. It would appear that the two registrations were occasioned by the transition to the new forms. Death reg. 028073-43 Windham Twp., Norfolk Co.
