The following marriage registration was originally dated 29th April, 1903, with a quite late registration date of November 17, 1903. On March 13, 1943, however, Ellen Edmonds Aitken filed a correction to this date and this was stamped on the form and the year of marriage amended to 1902. The following shows the amended year, but we may note that the Archives of Ontario still show the marriage on the original page which is part of the 1903 registrations.
