At the time of the 1910 census at Detroit, Osborn and Jennie are living with Fred Wells and his wife Mabel. It will be recalled that Fred Wells and Mabel Hindmarsh were witnesses at the marriage of Osborn and Jennie. Osborn is a toolmaker in an auto factory and Fred Wells is a teamster with an auto factory.
We have no record of early births following the marriage of Osborn and Jennie, but the 1910 Detroit census states that Jennie has borne two children and that neither are living. The 1910 census also shows Osborn and Jennie going to the U.S. in 1906. Osborn and Jennie are not found in the U.S. censuses of 1920 and 1930. Since they are buried at Mountview in Galt, it seems reasonable that at some point they returned to Canada and likely lived out their later years here.
It is said that they had a daughter Marjorie in 1917, but no independent information for this has been found.
