| Note | Myra's name is commemorated on the family gravestone in Fairview Cemetery. This tells us that she died on March 16, 1864. Her burial, however, is recorded by Emmanuel Pigeon, at the time the sexton at Drummond Hill Cemetery. She was buried there on March 19th. Pigeon's only comment was that she was 15 years and 8 months of age. There is no evidence that the children of Philip and Elizabeth Bender were removed to Fairview at the time Philip was removed there. Dalton notes that when Philip was buried at Drumond Hill he was buried in 'his lot' at the south end.
