The microfilming of the page is of mixed quality and the writing for the Rutherford-Lockie marriage is quite faded. It may be of better quality on reel LCM-30, which is available at the United Church of Canada archives. Considering what can be viewed on GS2987, it does not appear to add any information to the above registration as it was filed with the Waterloo County registrar.

Actually, a notice of this marriage was published in the 26 November, 1862 edition of the Dumfries Reformer. This does tell that the wedding was held in Dumfries. It does not say whether it was in Dumfries township, north or south, but considering Jane's family connections and where she herself was located in the 1861 census, it's reasonable to believe that she was married in North Dumfries.
