Anna Eleta Vrooman died November 18, 1916. Age 24. Place of birth Ekfrid Twp. Place of death Delaware West. Burial Delaware. Parents Thomas Essey and Martha Nichols. Cause of death tuberculosis. Physician James G. Bice. Informant Archie Vrooman, Delaware.

The death registration was filed with the township clerk of Caradoc, which would imply the place of death. This appears to be correct, for there is a Delaware West, perhaps little more than a corners, in Caradoc. The Oakland Cemetery (Anglican) in Delaware is in Delaware Township which is across the river from Caradoc Township and Delaware West.

Anie is buried with her son Franklin Bruce Vrooman, born in 1915 and died in 1916.
