NoteThe baptism of Ada Ellen Lovett appears on page 37 of the baptism book of St. Michael and All Angels, Bromley, Tower Hamlets, Middlesex County (a part of London's east end.) Her baptism date is shown as 29 October, 1865, and her date of birth is shown as 18 July, 1865. Her parents are William Edward and Ellen Lovett. They reside at 4 Calidonian Terrace in Poplar and William is shown as a shipwright.

Ada is not with the family when they appear in the 1871 census in Galt, Ontario, Canada and we find for her a burial record dated 8th November, 1867. This appears in the record book of the 'City of London and Tower Hamlets Cemetery Company, Register of Burials, in Unconsecrated/Chapel Ground.' This has the look of there being, possibly, more than one cemetery involved.

Ada was almost certainly born in Poplar and buried at the least in the Tower Hamlets.

The website FreeBMD shows the index for the civil record of Ada Ellen's death at age 2. The recording district is shown as Poplar. While a district recording office might well encompass more municipalities than the name implies, she probably indeed died in Poplar. The FreeBMD index refers to Volume 1c, page 445, and such record might be purchased from the Public Record Office in England. This would tell at the least the municipality wherein she died, perhaps the street address, and might well include the name of the cemetery.
