Physician and informant Dr. W. A. Comfort, Campden. That Martha is shown as a Methodist is probably a handwriting issue. The family appears in census years, 1871 and 1881 included, as Mennonite. Martha is buried in Campden Mennonite Cemetery with her sister Elizabeth and her father. Probably, her mother, Agnes Wismer Rittenhouse, is buried here as well, though a surviving stone for Agnes has not been found. |
