FHL Film nbr 1035017 Susan's place of burial is taken from Find-a-Grave. The 1851 census of Canada West shows the Chase family in Dereham Township of Oxford County. By the time of the 1860 U.S. census, the family is in Iowa. Susan may well have been born in Dereham Township, but direct evidence has not been found. Research of Susan's siblings may provide further information. |
