| Note | The birth dates of Ann Jerusha's children are from the 1901 Canadian census. I have shown Harrisburg as the birthplace of Ann Jerusha per her marriage registration. It may well be correct. Her birth is pre-vital stats, so a birth registration isn't possible. The Wesleyan Methodist Baptism records give her birthplace as Bayham, and this may well be correct.
