Parents Joseph and Charlotte Gibson. Cath. Fawcett, 18, born Canada, residing Collingwood. Parents John and Jane Fawcett. Witness Joseph Murdy (or Mundy), residence Thornbury. On Sept 15, 1864. That the groom's name was written as Joseph is almost certainly an error. Agewise, he equals the age of Joseph and Charlotte's son James, but, and more solidly, looking at later census information we do see James married to Catherine. |
