William Edwin Parsons

     William Edwin Parsons was born on 20 February 1907 in Spokane, Spokane County, Washington. He was the son of William Edward Parsons and Florence Eleanor Oldham. He married Margaret Ann Carter in November 1935. He died in October 1974 of emphysema in Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon, at age 67. He had no children.
