Yes, there is a conflict between Percy's birth registration and his marriage registration. The best that may be said is the the birth registration records his birth as 11 June, 1884, and it was filed on 30th June of the same year with the South Dumfries County Registrar, D. Baptie.

DeathHe died on 7 October 1941 at Galt, Ontario, at age 57.
BurialHe was buried on 9 October 1941 at Mountview Cemetery, Galt, Ontario.
NoteBirth reg. 001853-84 Percy C. Smith born 11th June, 1884 s/o Judson Smith, farmer South Dumfries, and Lucinda Coleman. Physician Dr. E. B. Kitchen.

The Archives of Ontario has Percy's will under grant number 14439. His affairs were processed under Letters of Administration by his wife Florence Margaret Smith (widow).

Percy's estate administration was handled by Art White, solicitor. Art was at one time o/o of the Albion Hotel and still later mayor of Galt.

A marriage registration for Percy and Florence has not been found to date.

Notices of Percy's death have been found in the Galt Reporter archives. These notices suggest that Florence's maiden name was Wattman. With such evidence as we find available, it appears that Florence's maiden name was Wolstenholme. One death notice for Percy suggests that he and Florence had a son William. It seems more likely that William was the son of Florence Wolstenholme and Frederick Wilfred Wattman.
