Etta's death registration states that she died of puerperal convulsions, but no record of a child has been found to this point. Etta is buried with her parents at Drumbo. Her age is given as 25 years, 9 mos., and 4 days. Her date of birth is calculated from this. Her parents are named on the stone as: J.L. Burgess, b. Dec. 16, 1838, d. Nov. 26, 1892. Hattie A. Rounds, b. Feb. 16, 1840, d. Dec. 8, 1887. |
