Mount Pleasant Cemetery as the place of burial is probably correct, though it is not reflected in the transcription of Mount Pleasant provided by the London and Middlesex Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society.

The Toronto Daily Star, August 20, 1926, has a brief obituary for Stephen. It tells of his active interests in the public service including that he had served as chairman of the Board of Education. It mentions that the funeral was to be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery and it states that he was survived by a wife and a daughter.
