| Note | A death notices appeared in the Toronto Star edition of 1 March 2000. Laura's name is given as Laura Elizabeth 'Maple' Hunter, nee Winterburn. Her name is shown on the Buchanan stone in Mountview Cemetery in Galt as Maple Winterburn. It appears that 'Maple' was actually her nickname. Though her death notice was not placed in the Star until the 1st of March, it clearly states that she died 12 February. A memorial service was to be held on March 4. Her date of burial is unknown. |
