Lydia's middle name, Maria, is almost unreadable on the registration, but the Hamilton branch of the OGS which has transcribed Jerseyville Cemetery has included some death notices and her middle name is shown as Maria. When the handwriting is then re-examined, Maria is the reasonable interpretation.

The clergyman's family name was not Philip, but Philp. His wife was Lydia's sister.
