Jeretta Best, 19, spinster, Methodist. Born Collingwood, residing Gordon Township. Parents Joseph and Catherine Best. Witnesses Gilbert and Liola Agar, both of Gore Bay. At Gore Bay on 31st December, 1894, by Gilbert Agar. (The surname of the witnesses and the clergyman are poorly written, but a search of Methodist clergy shows the family name to be Agar.) The registration for the above marriage was not submitted by the township clerk until January 7, 1895. |
