Gertrude Hamilton

     Gertrude Hamilton was born on 16 November 1921 in Westport, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.¹ She was the daughter of John Joseph Hamilton and Catherine Loretta Cawley.¹ She was a member of the sisters of Notre Dame between 1943 and 2013 where she was known as Sister St Edwin. She died on 28 September 2013 in Providence Motherhouse, Kingston, Frontenac County, Ontario, at age 91.¹ She was buried on 3 October 2013 in St Mary's Cemetery, Kingston, Frontenac County, Ontario^G.¹
