David Taylor Tuff

     David Taylor Tuff was born on 4 April 1892 in Rugby, Pierce County, North Dakota.¹ He was the son of William Tuff and Catherine Hamilton.² He married Gertrude Margaret Hamilton, daughter of James Lewis Hamilton and Mary Lavina Stewart, on 28 June 1928 in Rugby, Pierce County, North Dakota.^2,1 He and Gertrude Margaret Hamilton were divorced about 1948 in Seattle, King County, Washington.¹ He died on 6 October 1969 in Seattle, King County, Washington, at age 77.¹

Research Note: David's mother, Catherine Hamilton, was born Jan 1857 in Glasgow Station, McNab Twp, Renfrew County, ON d/o Ellen Smith Airth & William Hamilton who in turn was born abt 1827 in Cambusnethan, Lanark, Scotland the s/o John Hamilton and Catherine Taylor.³
