     Patrick James Jordan was born on 16 December 1920 in Westport, Leeds & Grenville County, Ontario.1 He was the son of John James Jordan and Frances Elizabeth Hazelton.1 He died on 4 September 1943 of a fractured skull sustained in a car accident in Hotel Dieu Hospital, Kingston, Frontenac County, Ontario, at age 22.1 He was buried on 7 September 1943 in St Edward's Cemetery, Bedford Twp, Frontenac County, OntarioG.1,2
