On the 22nd day of February, 1941, at Hornings Mills, Dufferin County, by E. M. Burgess of Hornings Mills, United Church of Canada. Harvie's brother, Ed Milroy, was slated to attend but was blocked by a snow storm. Marj liked to tell how she and Harvie met. They were on a bus for a 4H excursion. Harvie had long legs and they were in the aisle. Marj said she tripped over them and so they got married. |
