Harvie's brother, Ed Milroy, was slated to attend but was blocked by a snow storm.

Marj liked to tell how she and Harvie met. They were on a bus for a 4H excursion. Harvie had long legs and they were in the aisle. Marj said she tripped over them and so they got married.
 
DeathHe died on 3 June 1977 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, Cambridge, Ontario, at age 60.
