Her siblings are shown as Wellington age 20, McKendree age 18, Electa age 13 and also described as the twin of Celecta, and Walter, possibly age 4. Since he is age 13 in the 1881 census, this will be close.
Celecta's birth information is pre vital stats, but given the long history of the Mulhollands in Beverly this is likely where she was born.
