     Joseph Gordon Doyle was known as Gordon. He was born on 14 August 1896 in New Westminster, British Columbia.1,2 He was the son of James Joseph Doyle and Mary Ann Hamilton.2 He witnessed the marriage of Emma Jane McCordick and John Mary Fitzsimmons Doyle on 20 February 1922 in St Peter's Residence, New Westminster, British Columbia.3 He lived in 512 Kelly Street, Sapperton, (New Westminster), British ColumbiaG, on 20 November 1922.3 He married Ellen Gertrude Naas, daughter of (--?--) Naas and Louise (--?--), on 18 May 1927 in St Peter's Rectory, New Westminster, British Columbia.4 Sisters Ellen and Gertude Naas married brothers Gordon and Charles Doyle. He worked at Paragon Supplies, Vancouver, BC.5 He lived in Burnaby, British Columbia, in 1955.6 He died on 7 February 1973 in Burnaby, British Columbia, at age 76.7 He was buried on 12 February 1973 in St Peter's Cemetery, New Westminster, British ColumbiaG.7 He used to prefix sayings with "lord lumme....."5
